BENJAMIN R. BINGHAM, born in Denver, Colorado, January 24, 1953; admitted to bar, 1983, Texas; 1993, Colorado; also admitted to practice before all United States District Courts in Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the District of Colorado.
